Aia

As soon as we entered Dorleta’s rural house in Aia, in the heart of the Spanish Basque Country, we regretted it because we thought we should have stayed longer and not just three nights. The house is beautiful, kept to the smallest detail and thought for the guest: from a portion of pudding and some fresh eggs for reception, to bottles of perfume in the bathroom and rooms. For us who are used to travel and stay in rural houses, this beautiful place in Aia was one of the most pleasant surprises of this trip.

The rooms, large and comfortable, have magnificent views of the green of the mountains and the blue of the sea, there in the distance but always present. And to the garden of the house that extends almost to the infinite of the mountain, from which you can appreciate even more impressive views.

The location is unbeatable as it is halfway between the Basque coast and the interior of the region.
